Will HomingIQ work with my existing wiring?+
In most Pune homes, yes. Our smart switches fit standard modular switch boards, so we can usually retrofit a room without opening up walls.
Do I need a constant internet connection?+
No. Core local controls, like turning a switch on from the wall or a paired sensor, keep working on your home network. Internet is needed for remote access from outside the house.
Can I add more rooms later?+
Yes. Start with one room or one switch, and add to the same HomingIQ account whenever you are ready. There is no fixed package you have to commit to upfront.
What does the warranty cover?+
Every HomingIQ device carries a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, and our installation work is covered separately by our own team.
Do you install outside Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad?+
Our installation team is based in Pune, so we currently install across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know if we can reach your area.
